Governor of Kaduna state, Malam Nasir el-Rufai has signed the first set of title documents produced by KADGIS which is set to modernize the process of securing title. KADGIS is the Kaduna Geographic Information Service. It replaced the old Ministry of Lands, and is now building a digital land registry.
